First consider the installation space. The second is on-site positioning. According to the pipeline layout, the laying path of main engine, air outlet, controller and pipeline is reasonably designed. The position, height and slope of the main engine should be fixed correctly and firmly, so as not to increase the running noise. After the indoor unit is installed on the construction site, pay attention to cover the main unit with plastic film to avoid dust and cement from entering the main unit and affecting its service life.

It should be noted here that: from the aspects of noise, space and machine maintenance, the host of domestic fresh air system is generally installed in non-residential areas, and it is not allowed to be installed in high temperature and high humidity places, because high temperature use will lead to deformation or damage of the filter screen and heat exchange core, and short circuits will easily occur in high humidity places.

Third, when laying pipelines, local resistance should be reduced as much as possible to avoid air leakage at joints, and measures should be taken to prevent earthquakes and reduce noise. It is recommended to choose PE tube. Compared with low-cost PVC pipes, PE pipes have the advantages of no glue, no secondary pollution, long service life, high wind speed and clean in the later period, which solves the problems left over by fresh air systems due to pipeline materials. The flexible connecting pipe has small air loss and relatively uniform air distribution at the air outlet, which can effectively realize the synchronization and unification of fresh air quality in the whole house.
