Why is it so difficult for women to interview 22 companies to find jobs for half a year?

Female unemployed for half a year, interviewing 22 companies. It is so difficult to find a job because their expectations are higher than their actual abilities. Take me for example. In 2006, I resigned from the property management company on the grounds that I was too tired and my salary was too low. But after I resigned, I looked for a job everywhere. After reading my resume, the wages given by employers and enterprises are similar to those given by previous property management companies, and even some companies give lower wages than the original units. After all, it is unrealistic for a person's education, work experience and ability to get rich overnight by working, or to find a job with easy work and high salary. No enterprise will directly hire an unfamiliar person as the CEO of the group.

Many people want to quit because they are tired from work. It's stupid to be an accountant. I settle accounts every day. It's too much trouble to be a clerk to make copies of forms. Sometimes I even have to run errands for the leaders and work as a maintenance worker in the engineering department. They also believe that not only water and electricity should be repaired every day, but also sewers should be dug and toilets should be opened.

As the saying goes, money is hard to earn and shit tastes bad. There is no job that is both interesting and relaxing. Easy work is bound to have low wages, and high wages are bound to have great work pressure and heavy workload.

I have worked in many jobs, such as plumber, sporting goods salesman, office clerk, hotel engineering manager, long-distance freight driver, factory repairman and property repairman. Actually, I started as a sporting goods salesman. This job is really easy, but I can't run a business and I don't have a sales commission, so the salary is pitiful. So I quit my job and went to another company to apply for a salesman, but basically all salesmen are half a catty.

After a period of unemployment, I decided to learn a skill, so I went to a vocational and technical school in Chongqing to learn the skills of electricians and welders. After graduation, I worked as a maintenance worker in a property company for several years. I think the salary in this job is stable, but the work is too complicated. Not only to repair water and electricity, but also to dig sewers, open toilets, and even help leaders buy noodles. This wasn't a maintenance worker, so I just became a handyman and wanted to go.

Shortly after I resigned, I entered a tile factory. The maintenance workers in this tile factory are divided into electricians and welders. Because I know both skills, I didn't know which one to choose at the moment, so I finally chose to be an electrician. After all, electrician's job is easier. I work as an electrician in a factory, and my job is stable. I commute eight hours a day simply to repair the circuit in the factory. As I wish, I don't have to do chores, but this factory has three shifts.

There are three electricians in our class, plus the electrician monitor, which makes ten people. Boy, if you have nothing to do, you can speak ill of each other. It's like a palace fight. These people do this because the wages of electricians in the factory are divided into several levels, and the higher the level, the higher the salary. After working in the factory for several years, I felt really tired. I struggled with these people all day, so I came out of the factory because I usually saw clerks in the office every day. I thought it would be good to change careers as a clerk, so I resigned again. I went to a computer school and enrolled in a training class to learn office software. Three months later, I graduated from the training class and found a job as a clerk. The salary is similar to that of an electrician before. I just make forms and do paperwork every day. I felt quite good at first for more than a year, but after a few years, when I was old, I wanted to earn more money and felt that the salary of being a clerk was too low. I applied everywhere, and the salary was different. On this day, a friend came to visit and talked with him about it. He used to be a long-distance truck driver, so he said that he is now a long-distance truck driver and his salary is quite high. He asked me to learn B2 driver's license and drive a long-distance truck with him.

When I got my driver's license, I also drove a long-distance van, but at this time I realized that although the salary of this job was quite high, I couldn't sleep well for three or four days after I got out of the car, and I was very tired. When loading and unloading, I have to watch the porters, otherwise they will play tricks on you, pack you less or steal your goods, and you have to pay for it yourself. In addition, this job is risky and will play a decisive role for a while.

No matter how you change jobs, you can't get rich by working. It's ok to earn some money to support your family by working honestly. Many people always change jobs, but they can't find their ideal jobs. They just have the illusion that they want to find a job that can make a fortune and is not tired. In fact, this is impossible.

? Several reasons why it is difficult to find a job

First, their own conditions

The reason why this woman can't find a job after looking for 22 companies online is largely due to her own ability. I used to know a girl who was passable, but she stuttered. Although she has a stuttering problem, she insists on finding a job as a shop assistant or a company front desk. As you can imagine, she applied for all the shopping malls, hotels and companies in this area, as long as they are recruiting clerks and companies at the front desk.

So when looking for a job, you must combine your own abilities to find it. If you are a good accountant, apply for an accounting job well, and don't fantasize about which company to be the CEO of the group all day.

Second, psychological exhaustion.

After resigning, some people are in a state of mental exhaustion. Although they applied for many companies, they didn't want to go to work, but they felt uncomfortable at home, so they applied everywhere to find psychological comfort.

Third, the pros and cons of work.

I have applied to many companies, but I still feel that I can't find my ideal job. In fact, the root cause is that I weigh the pros and cons of my work too much. As I said before, being a salesman is stressful, accounting is too difficult, and being a clerk is afraid of too complicated work and low salary. Finally, I figured out that I want to be the chairman, but which company will recruit you as the chairman?

Fourth, the average wage level.

Many people quit their jobs because they think the salary is too low, but when they look around for a job, they find that the salary level of the job they are basically doing is so much, and no company will offer a salary higher than the average.

Female unemployed for half a year, interviewing 22 companies. Part of the reason why it is difficult to find a job is because of their own ability. Another reason is that they are mentally exhausted and don't want to go to work, but they don't want to be unemployed at home. They always want to find a job that can get a high salary without working.
