1. Party A will deliver the property management house to Party B at one time according to the relevant national regulations. For the basic information, area, location and interior decoration of the house, please refer to Annex I List of Property Management Houses.

2. The ownership of the house provided by Party A for property management belongs to all owners, and the right to use it belongs to Party B, and the service period is the validity period of the property management service contract. During this period, if the policies and regulations of community construction change, the two sides should negotiate and adjust.

Three. In case of special circumstances, if Party A needs to adjust the house for property management, it shall notify Party B in advance, and Party A may provide Party B with office space of the same area.

4. Party B shall make full use of the house provided by Party A and shall not use it for other purposes except property services.

5. Party B shall perform daily maintenance obligations during the use of the house. Party B shall not change the structure and use of the house without authorization. If the house and supporting equipment are damaged intentionally or negligently, Party B shall be responsible for restoring the original state or compensating for economic losses.

6. The taxes and fees incurred by Party B during the use of the property management house shall be borne by Party A, and the expenses such as water, electricity, gas and heat shall be borne by Party A.. If Party B needs to decorate the house, the expenses shall be borne by itself.

Seven. For matters not covered in this agreement, both parties may sign a supplementary agreement after consultation.

Eight. This agreement is made in quadruplicate, with each party holding two copies, and shall come into force after being sealed by both parties.
