The first floor is connected to the color steel house. How to write the property exemption agreement?

1. Party A guarantees that the ownership of the colored steel house it holds is legal and conforms to the relevant national regulations and standards.

2. Party A agrees to evaluate and inspect the safety of the house by itself before accepting the property management service of Party B, so as to ensure that there are no major security risks. Party A shall take the initiative to provide Party B with the building plan, construction drawings and other relevant information, so that Party B can better manage and maintain it.
