Information and conditions needed for Chengdu Safety Supervision Bureau to handle electrician operation certificate

The required information is as follows: 1. Two copies of A4 copies of ID card and diploma; Two, the original and photocopy of the physical examination form; Three, the examination registration form in duplicate; 4. Paste 3 forms for one-inch color photos, and 1 paste a blank copy of ID card.

Treatment conditions

The requirements for obtaining an electrician's operation certificate are as follows: (1) at least 18 years old, meeting the age requirements stipulated by relevant types of work; (2) Having passed the physical examination in the hospital, and having no diseases or physical defects that prevent them from engaging in corresponding special operations; (3) Junior high school education or above; (four) other conditions that meet the needs of the corresponding special operations.

Issuing unit and inquiry website

After passing the training and examination, the State Administration of Work Safety will issue the corresponding operation certificate, which will be inquired in official website. The certificate is reviewed once every three years and renewed once every six years. It can be reviewed and renewed all over the country and is common throughout the country.
