How to reissue the lost natural gas card? What's the procedure?

The required procedures and steps are as follows:

1. Bring the original and photocopy of your ID card or other valid identification documents.

2. User address, user number and name of gas manufacturer.

3. One original and one copy of the residence certificate, including any one of the real estate license, house purchase contract, rental contract (within the validity period), real estate license, neighborhood Committee certificate and work unit certificate.

4. Residual gas volume and cumulative gas volume of gas meter.

5. If the card is broken, 20 yuan will be charged for reporting the loss of the card.
