Because of the need of property maintenance or public interest, if the owners really need to temporarily occupy or dig roads and sites, they shall obtain the consent of the owners' committee and the property service enterprise. If the realty service enterprise really needs to temporarily occupy or dig roads, it shall obtain the consent of the owners' committee. The realty service enterprise shall restore the roads and sites temporarily occupied and excavated to their original state within the agreed time limit. In addition, there are fire safety requirements for charging electric vehicles. For example, the storage and charging places of electric bicycles should be set up independently and keep a safe distance from high-rise civil buildings; If it is really necessary to set it in a high-rise civil building, it should be separated from other parts of the building by fire prevention. The storage and charging places of electric bicycles shall be equipped with necessary fire-fighting equipment, and the charging facilities shall have automatic power-off function.
