Can I use 220v for elevator shaft lighting? Are there any regulations in the country?
ID = 1 0/4 About the lighting design of elevator shaft Xu Xiufang I. Relevant regulations1Clause 4.2.5 of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Elevator Engineering (GB 503 10-2002) stipulates: "Permanent electric lighting should be installed in the shaft, and the illumination in the shaft should not be. 2. Paragraph 2 of Article 9.4.5 of Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings (JGJ 16-2008) stipulates: "Lighting shall be installed in the shaft, and the illumination shall not be less than 50 lx, and shall meet the following requirements: 1) A lamp shall be installed within 0.5m of the highest point and lowest point of the shaft, and a lamp shall be installed with an interval of not more than 7m. 2) The lighting power supply for the car roof and shaft should be 36V;; When using 220 V, residual current protection device should be installed. "Second, the problems that should be considered in the design 1, the choice of lighting voltage: Because the elevator shaft is a narrow workplace, in order to ensure the safety of construction and maintenance personnel, 36 V safe voltage should be preferred; However, when the shaft length exceeds 50m and approaches or exceeds 100m, in order to reduce the voltage loss and ensure the lighting quality, the lighting voltage should be 220V V V. At this time, 30mA instantaneous residual current protection device (RCD) must be installed to prevent personal electric shock. 2. Selection of lighting source: When using 36V lighting, the only choice is incandescent lamp, because 36V voltage cannot start gas discharge light sources such as fluorescent lamps. It is said that a compact energy-saving fluorescent lamp with a voltage of 36V has been developed recently. If implemented, priority can be given. 3. Selection of incandescent lamp power: According to the lighting design manual, the incandescent lamp power of 36V has five grades: 15W, 25W, 40W, 60W, 100W, and 60W should be used in design. If you use 100W, you should pay attention to fire safety when installing and using the lamp holder because of its high calorific value and high temperature. 4. Lamp spacing: In the above two specifications, one does not require lamp spacing, and the other stipulates that one lamp should be set every 7m, so this regulation and the requirement that the illuminance of the shaft should reach 50 lx cannot be met at the same time. Because through calculation, when using 60W incandescent lamp, basically only one lamp every 3m can meet the illumination requirements. 5.220V/36V lighting transformer capacity determination: It should be estimated as (axis length ÷3)×60W, and then consider the power factor of 0.8. For example, when the shaft length is 50m, a lighting transformer of 1250VA is needed. And this transformer must be a safety isolation transformer. 6, 36V lighting socket should not set PE line. See Article 7.2. 13 of the Design Standard for Building Lighting (GB 50034-2004) for details, which stipulates that "safety isolation transformer should be used for safe ultra-low voltage power supply, and its secondary side should not be protected by grounding" to prevent high voltage from invading the ultra-low voltage side and causing insecurity. 7. The 36V lighting socket should be equipped with protective appliances, and the selection of conductor section should be coordinated with the protective switch. 8. When the lighting pipes in the shaft are exposed, fire-proof cables and fire-proof protection pipes shall be used, which conform to the provisions in Article 3.3.7 of Code for Design of Distribution of General Electric Equipment (GB 50055-93). 9, located in the elevator room and shaft lighting switch should use double control switch. The above is mainly aimed at the 36V lighting scheme. If you use 220V lighting, the situation will be much simpler, so I won't go into details here. Third, when examining the drawings, it is found that the common problem in the design is 1. Regardless of the voltage loss of lighting circuit, even super high-rise buildings are illuminated by 36V shaft, regardless of the length of shaft. 2. The light source does not match the voltage, but the 36V lighting voltage adopts compact energy-saving fluorescent lamp. 3, only pay attention to the 7m spacing, ignore the illumination requirement of 50 lx, do not calculate, and choose the light source power at will. Many people choose 25W or 40W incandescent lamps for installation, with a distance of 7m, which is far from the illumination requirement of 50 lx. The 4.36V lighting circuit is not equipped with overload and short circuit protection, and many people add a PE line by mistake. Summary: The design of elevator shaft lighting seems trivial, but there are actually many problems. It is hoped that colleagues will communicate more, deepen their understanding of specifications, improve design quality, and ensure the normal construction and maintenance work and personal safety. 2009.3. 12
