(1) The electricity purchase price is the price that power supply enterprises buy electricity from power plants or superior power grids:

Power supply enterprises buy electricity from power plants (or large customers buy electricity directly from power plants), and the electricity price is determined according to the power generation cost of power plants, and the state has also formulated relevant electricity price standards;

The electricity price for power supply enterprises to purchase electricity from the superior power grid is generally called wholesale electricity price, which is also divided into many categories. For each category, the national and provincial development and reform commissions have formulated catalogue electricity prices according to local conditions;

(2) The sales price refers to the electricity price of the last 1,000 households, and the power supply enterprises charge electricity fees. The electricity price standard is the direct supply catalogue electricity price in the electricity price document of the National and Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
