Donglujiang Community was established in June, 5438+February, 2006, covering an area of 4 square kilometers (second-class road in the east, Orchid Road in the west, Erwaterworks in the south and Xinshi East Street in the north). Excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. The residents in this area are mainly villagers in the former Donglujiang village. There are mainly three residential communities: Xianglongyuan Community, Jianghuai Community and Sanlingchang Community, with 36 residential buildings, 65,438 households +0.350 permanent population, 5,050 floating population, 2,600 farmers and 65,438 households +0.250 people. There is no land in the community now, and there are 20 units under its jurisdiction, 1 primary and secondary schools. At present, the ongoing renovation project in Donglujiang Community has completed 9 buildings, covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters, with 45 1 set.
