Instructions for use of access card:

1. The access card is for the applicant's own use only and cannot be lent to others.

2. The cardholder must carry the access card with him.

3. The cardholder must close the door behind him when entering or leaving the house. Once the door is found to be opened, the video will be recorded and monitored according to the access card, and the fault of the responsible person (the first person to enter or leave the door) will be investigated.

4. Cardholders are not allowed to swipe the card to open the door and let others in and out of any area. People who have no authority in this area but occasionally need to enter a certain area for work need to apply for permission to open the area when they need to enter the area as usual accompanied by authorized personnel of this department.

You can only enter the R&D area for work reasons, and you must not use the R&D area as a convenient passage.

6. Non-desk clerk or visitor reception personnel shall not introduce non-company personnel into the company. Offenders will investigate the fault of the responsible person according to the access card swipe record and surveillance video.

7. If the access card is accidentally lost during use, please report the loss to the administrative personnel department in time. If others use it falsely, the cardholder shall bear all the responsibilities.
