Origin of the place name of Huilong Mountain: As far as its landform is concerned, Huilong is located at the southern foot of Dabie Mountain and belongs to Tianzhu Mountain. It winds from the main peak of Daqi Mountain to the south for more than a hundred miles. The mountain system twists and turns, and a fairy lingers here. Looking at its continuous mountain scenery, it is praised as: the scale snake spits the sword, and the eight ears are ventilated, which really deserves to be called Huilong! Since then, it has been named. Among the people, there is another legend: therefore, it is the training ground of Kowloon. After the dragon returned to the sea, Yi Long returned to his hometown because of love, hence the name Huilong.

Majialing legend: there is a peach blossom cave cottage at the eastern foot of Baiyang Mountain. Once, the shanzhai hijacked the war horse of Taiping Army. Taiping army was furious and led a team to surround the stronghold. The duke was very scared, so he let all the horses go. In order to tease the cottage, the Taiping Army tied the fallen horse to the side of the road and hung the grass high. People in the village have been afraid to leave the village for several days because of the constant ringing of horses. Later, it was said that there was a peach blossom cave, and people were useless. The horse rang the bell and starved a village. Majialing is another name for horse rattle.

Legend of Longshan Temple: Back to the north of Longshan Town Street, there is a magical Longshan, which looks like a giant Buddha sitting cross-legged from a distance. The embrace of the giant Buddha is a famous temple-Longshan Temple (commonly known as the Great Temple). There are many magical legends about this big temple.

Pumping trees from the well: According to legend, the founder of Luban went to other places to buy wood to build Huilongshan Temple. He met a charitable old man with white hair by the Dabu River. He was willing to give him his raft to build a temple and promised to give the tree to Huilong. After that, the old man stamped his feet on the raft, and the raft sank to the bottom of the river, and the old man disappeared. When Lu Ban returned to Huilong, the wood had emerged from the well in the temple, and he pumped water when needed. After the temple was built, the trees in the well were also drained.

Cycas bloom: There is a Cycas tree in the temple, which is used to tie a mosquito dragon. The fairy promised the dragon: You will leave when Cycas blooms. One summer, many pilgrims came here to hang colorful cool hats on Cycas. When Long Jun saw it, he thought it was Cycas blossoming, and the whole street immediately moved. It was really a landslide, and the abbot quickly took off the cool hat on the Cycas.

Nanmujing: The threshold of the second gate of the Great Temple is a nanmu, which looks like a stone at first glance. According to legend, Nanmu well was also fished up from the bottom of the well with a raft. When Luban pulled it out of the well, it didn't come up. Later, Lu Ban promised to let it be the main beam of the temple, and it came up to the ground happily. In order to prevent Nanmujing from harming people and suffering from incense, Luban made it the fT threshold of the second gate. Later, people from far and near often scraped some wood on the threshold and took it back as an elixir for treating diseases.

Yin-Yang Mirror: There is a bronze mirror called Yin-Yang Mirror in the Great Temple. It is said that the dead can see their relatives in the underworld at any time through this mirror. So no matter day or night, there is always crying in the temple, which makes the monks in the temple restless all night. Later, the old monk spilled a dog's blood on the aura of the bronze mirror, and the yin-yang mirror failed from then on.

Shenchuandu: In ancient times, there was a dutiful son near Huilong Mountain. On New Year's Eve, he hurried home from other places to pay a New Year call to his mother. When he reached the river, there was no ferry. Just as he was worried, a white-haired old man came by boat to cross him. Asked his name and address, the old man only said that he lived in Huilong Street and left in a hurry. The next day, in order to reward the old man, he went to Huilong Street to look for him, but he inquired all over the street and couldn't find this person. It was not until templo mayor that I saw a wooden boat with a statue of a white-haired old man and an umbrella hanging on the door beam behind templo mayor. The bottom of the boat is still wet. It turned out that this ship crossed his divine ship last night, and this umbrella fell on the ship last night. In this way, the magic boat crossing in Huilong Mountain spread.

Big Ear Stone: There is a slate behind the big temple, and there is a small nest in it. Every year on the fifteenth day of the first month, young women from all over the country come here in an endless stream to play stone-throwing games. According to legend, throwing a stone several meters away from the stone head indicates that if you can hit the stone nest at one time, you can have a boy. This stone is still there today.

Zhu Yuanzhang and Huilongguan: Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, had a merger war with Hanwang Chen Youliang in the Yuan Dynasty. At the battle of Huanggang, Zhu Yuanzhang and his wife, Empress Chen, were chased to Huilong Mountain by Chen Youliang's military forces. When they were in a critical situation, Mrs. Chen escaped by hiding in a dilapidated ruined temple full of cobwebs. In order to repay the small temple for saving his life, the queen vowed: "If Zhu Yuanzhang has a bright future, he will definitely come to repair the temple to reward him. Zhu Yuanzhang later became Emperor Daming. In order to repay Queen Chen's long-cherished wish, he built a unique and magnificent Dongyue Palace on the site of Huilongshan Temple. Since then, Zhu Yuanzhang's name has been associated with Huilongguan.
