The national standards for store property fees are as follows:

1, and the first-class charging standard guided by the government is per square meter 1 yuan per month;

2. The secondary charging standard is 0.75 yuan per square meter per month;

3. The third-level charging standard is 0.5 yuan per square meter per month;

4. The four-level charging standard is 0.35 yuan per square meter per month.

Store property fees include:

1, wages of property management service personnel, social insurance and welfare fees drawn according to regulations, etc.

2, the daily operation and maintenance costs of * * * parts of the property and * * * facilities and equipment;

3, property management area cleaning costs;

4, the property management area of green maintenance costs;

5, property management regional order maintenance costs;

6. Depreciation expenses of fixed assets in the property management area;

7. Part of the property, facilities, equipment and public liability insurance fees;

8. Other expenses agreed by the owner. For example, the cost of overhaul, medium repair, renewal and transformation of the parts, facilities and equipment of the property.

Legal basis: Article 42 of the Regulations on Property Management.

The owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement. Property that has been completed but has not been sold or handed over to the property buyer shall be paid by the construction unit.
