But from a regional perspective, the wage level is not necessarily equal to the house price. This is because the real estate market is not necessarily driven by the local wage level. Beijing, for example, has accepted the population inflow and commercial center of the whole country, making the purchasing power of the whole country concentrated in the core cities like Beijing, making the house price far beyond the affordable level of local wages. In addition, in some small cities, it may become a satellite city of big cities around big cities. Many people who are employed in big cities live in small cities, and the wages in big cities raise the local housing prices, which makes the local housing prices out of proportion to the local income level.

Therefore, whether a city's wages rise or not has little to do with housing prices. If it rises, it will definitely push up housing prices, but it depends on the relationship between housing prices and the surrounding environment and population inflow.
