Operators pay coordination fees and 5G signing fees to institutional properties during the landing of 5G base stations in commercial office buildings and residential quarters.

According to industry insiders, the coordination fee is usually determined according to the location of the region and the number of base stations to be built. The average coordination fee for macro stations in residential quarters is 500,000-600,000 yuan, of which the average property price in residential quarters is 6,543,800 yuan, but the property price in some residential quarters is on the high side, reaching 300,000 yuan. Because 5G is a high-frequency short wave, the coverage is much smaller than that of 4G base stations, so the number of base stations per unit area is more than that of 4G base stations. In the installation process of conventional Hong Jizhan, residential quarters and small base stations, the installation of residential quarters is particularly difficult.

As one of the important means of indoor coverage, indoor antenna can ensure indoor signal coverage to the maximum extent, especially the penetration of 5G is relatively poor. Therefore, the installation of compartments is particularly important.
