1. 2. School management (including teaching staff): First, the teacher's certificate-holding rate is not up to standard. Second, the number of teachers employed is relatively small, and the teaching task of full-time teachers is heavy. Third, the teaching staff construction system is not perfect, and the school has not yet formed rules and regulations for teachers' professional training and learning exchange. The contents of teachers' learning and training have not formed a series, and the forms are not rich enough. Fourth, the school plan is not standardized. All kinds of plans are only based on the routine work of the school, and some offline work plans are actually the schedules of various activities, which are not enough for the current situation of educational reform and development and the spirit of provincial and municipal education work conferences, and do not meet the requirements of educational development. Fifth, the awareness of curriculum regulations is not strong. Some courses (mainly non-instrumental subjects) in the school have not been started in an all-round way according to law, and there is a phenomenon that instrumental subjects are stopped.

3. Education and teaching: First, the quality of teachers' lesson preparation is not high. Teachers' lesson preparation is basically just copying teachers' books, without preparing lessons according to the specific conditions of students in the class, and some even have no class hours. Second, the classroom teaching efficiency is not high. In teaching, teachers are not sure about the key points and difficulties, the teaching method is simple, there are many empty lectures, the teaching concept is outdated, the teacher pays no attention to the feedback of students in the whole class, the interaction between teachers and students is not enough, and the professional knowledge of teachers is flawed. Third, the quality of students' homework is not high, students' handwriting is poor and their writing is not standardized enough. Although the teacher can correct it in time, the quality is not high, and there are many cases of missing batches and batches. Fourth, the quality of education and teaching is low and polarization is serious.

4. Logistics financial management: First, the school's finance only has statements, and there is no detailed account information; Second, the standard of food in the school canteen is low, and it is not settled according to the actual number of days for students to eat.

5. "Preschool education" work: First, the teacher qualification certificate is not up to standard. Second, the number of class places has seriously exceeded the standard. At present, the school offers small classes with 34 children; A middle class, 48 children; There are four large classes, with an average of 56 students in each class (standard: no more than 30 students in small classes, no more than 35 students in middle classes and no more than 40 students in large classes). Third, the selection of curriculum and teaching materials is improper, and the deviation of curriculum standards is large. Fourth, there are no nap facilities and amusement facilities, which greatly affects the healthy development of children's body and mind. Fifth, there are hidden dangers in health care, children's food hygiene is poor, and there is no fixed sign for children on the water cup. Sixth, there is no hand-washing facility in the toilet for preschool children, and there is no separate toilet for each class. Pre-school classes and primary schools are mixed together, which has great security risks.

According to the above situation, we now put forward the following rectification opinions for your hospital:

1. Strictly control the number of classes, equip special classrooms such as science laboratory, art classroom and health room as soon as possible, and complete facilities and equipment such as experimental instruments and audio-visual equipment.

2. Appropriately increase the number of teachers employed to ensure that the teacher certificate rate reaches the standard.

3. Further improve the quality of teachers' lesson preparation and the quality of education and teaching.

4. School finance must establish detailed ledger information, and canteen meals should be settled in strict accordance with students' actual dining days.

Preschool students must be equipped with appropriate nap facilities and game facilities to actively improve children's food hygiene.

Actively strengthen the management of hazardous waste and waste activated carbon; A hazardous waste warehouse will be built in the open space between the emergency pool for accident treatment and the cooling pool, and the waste activated carbon will be stored separately. In addition, a separate road is reserved to ensure that vehicles can directly drive into the waste activated carbon for recycling in the future, thus reducing the pollution to the ground during transportation.
