This is mainly because Wanda Group, as a large enterprise, has a huge property management business, including wanda plaza, hotels, residential and other business areas. In order to manage the property more efficiently, Wanda Group outsourced some of its business to professional property management companies, such as cleaning and security.

However, this does not mean that all business of Wanda Property is outsourced. It is understood that Wanda Property still retains some self-operated business in management, especially some core business areas, such as the daily operation of wanda plaza, which Wanda Property will still do in person to ensure the quality and effectiveness of services.
