Once the relevant development team completes a development project, our property management team will step in and assume the continuous responsibility for its operation. At present, we provide property management services for almost all residential, mixed-use, retail and commercial properties, including 3 1 000 apartments in 175 properties and more than 6 million square feet of commercial, retail and mixed-use space.

Managing our property is an important part of our overall strategy, which enables us to create additional value for our assets over time. We take great care of our property and make continuous material improvement. For our commercial development projects, we also design and maintain the best retail tenant portfolio to ensure the continued attraction of the property. These practices enable us to position each of our hotels as the best in its class and help increase their revenue streams.

Our property management functions include maintenance, management, accounting, customer service, marketing and leasing. These daily activities are closely monitored by our corporate entity, which is responsible for the budget, financial and regulatory compliance and reporting of all our properties. We provide direct and comprehensive management services under the strategic guidance of the executive, enabling us to maximize cash flow while protecting the long-term value of each asset.
