Bayi Reservoir is the Bayi Reservoir in Changchun.

Bayi Reservoir, built in 1960s, stores runoff from Yongchun River, a tributary of Yitong River, and Xinkai River, a tributary of the second Songhua River system, with a catchment area of about 200 square kilometers. It is a small type I reservoir, and its main function is aquaculture irrigation and purification of surrounding sewage. The reservoir area is located in the south of Jinhu Road, the south area of Changchun High-tech Zone, Jilin Province, east of Fan Chao Street and north of Ring Expressway.

The west bank of the reservoir is a high-tech zone, and the east bank is a new urban area in the south of Nanguan District. The water surface area is about 2 million square meters. The buildings closest to the reservoir are: Xinda Company plot, Evergrande Oasis, Hengsheng Haoting, Zhonghai Lanting, Wanlong Lishui Bay and Yitian Yushui Dandi. Bayi Reservoir and its surrounding areas will be planned and built into public green spaces and parks, and wetland parks will also be planned on both sides of the lower reaches of Yongchun River, which is currently in the stage of planning and investment promotion.
