Article 5: Others
1. All terms contained in this agreement shall be agreed by both parties and shall be observed and implemented. If there are any matters not covered, both parties shall make supplementary provisions through consultation on the principle of honesty, credibility, mutual understanding and mutual accommodation, and the supplementary provisions shall have the same effect as this agreement.
2. This Agreement shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by both parties, and each party shall hold one copy.
3. Any dispute arising from the execution of this Agreement shall be settled by both parties through consultation.
