How to complain about property online?

1. Step 1: Open the home page of the application and click Convenience in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Step 2: Find the online complaint portal in the page and click Enter.

3. Step 3: Enter the name and address of the property management company (to the district and county in detail), my name, ID number, contact number and complaint content. It is best to have real evidence and reasonable basis, so that the success rate of complaints will be much higher. Then click Submit at the bottom of the page and wait for the complaint to be handled.
