Article 11 Entry into force of contract
This contract is made in quadruplicate, which shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by both parties, and each party holds two copies, with the same legal effect. For matters not covered in this contract, Party A and Party B shall negotiate separately and sign a supplementary agreement. If the supplementary agreement is inconsistent with this contract, the supplementary agreement shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract and its supplementary agreement shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and policies of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Article 12 Other agreements
(1) Party A and Party B shall * * jointly safeguard the environment of public places, do not store articles in public places, do not throw paper scraps and sundries, and abide by various public systems and conventions of the office building.
(2) Party A shall be informed in writing 10 days in advance when moving, and Party A will release the house after both parties have cleared the house. If the related expenses owed to Party A are not paid off, Party A has the right to detain Party B's property and refuse to release it.
(III) Right to dispose of left-behind articles: If furniture and articles are left in Party A's house 7 days after the expiration or termination of the house lease contract, it shall be deemed that Party B voluntarily renounces the ownership of the articles and furniture, and Party A will dispose of them at will (unless otherwise agreed by both parties).
(4) If there is any change in the contact address, telephone number and contact person of both parties, they shall notify the other party in time.
