According to the latest news, hancheng city Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has set up a leading group to prevent and resolve the risks of uncompleted residential flats, so as to promote the problem of uncompleted residential flats in Evergrande Royal Peninsula as a whole. According to the plan to prevent and resolve the risks of uncompleted real estate, all departments have cooperated closely, held several work promotion meetings, called enterprises and construction parties to resume work and production, and coordinated construction parties, general contractors and financial institutions to effectively solve various problems in project promotion. At present, hancheng city Municipal Government is formulating and studying the follow-up construction scheme of Evergrande Royal Peninsula Project.
