Consequences of property right change in residential areas

The community has changed the property management company, and the previous property fees have to be paid. Even if the property company withdraws from the community, the property fees generated during its service period are also entitled to be collected. If the owner does not pay, the property company can sue the owner to the court for enforcement according to law.
