This year, under the leadership of hospital departments, as the chief of logistics general affairs department, I organized undergraduate staff to conduct many planned political studies and business studies, improved their ideological understanding and service skills, earnestly completed various tasks assigned by hospital departments, enthusiastically served all departments in the hospital, kept in mind the principle that logistics revolves around clinic, created a quiet and harmonious working atmosphere, and achieved excellent results. First, seriously organize logistics construction, repair and transform hardware facilities, beautify the environment and create a good image of the hospital. The electrician repaired and replaced the old and new surgical building, internal medicine building, organ building, third clinic, medical machinery building, hoist and switchboard socket. In particular, the leakage line of the third door was rectified many times, and the aging line of the first department was rearranged.
The carpenter replaced the door and window handles, glass, door locks and cabinet locks of various rooms and wards, maintained the office tables and chairs and wardrobes, added lead plates to the walls of CT rooms, transformed the bathrooms of the internal medicine building and the new surgical building, and made winter cold protection work for the doors and windows of various departments.
Plumbers have done a lot of work, such as timely maintenance of oxygen pipes, dredging of sewer pipes, replacement of electric kettles, replacement of trenches and sewer pipes in the logistics building, and replacement of heating in the radiology department.
The laundry room completes the cleaning and ironing of sheets and bedding in various departments in time, and the sewing workers are responsible for repairing and making various surgical square towels and hole towels by themselves.
Vehicle self-inspection, careful maintenance, ensure medical vehicles, complete transportation tasks, and ensure traffic safety without accidents.
Third, earnestly complete the material procurement task. I usually pay attention to the ideological education of procurement personnel, and ask them to strengthen honesty and self-discipline, consciously resist unhealthy practices in procurement, and shop around to ensure the quality and low price of purchased materials. We strictly abide by the rules in the process of purchasing and receiving.
