What if I rent a storefront property and refuse to decorate it?

The normal procedures for renting a storefront for decoration include obtaining the written permission of the owner, submitting the decoration application to the property management company, attaching the decoration plan, accepting the decoration management of the property management company, paying the decoration deposit and the garbage removal fee.

If your store belongs to a property management company, there is no way to stop you from decorating.

If it belongs to the landlord, let the landlord negotiate with the property, otherwise why do you rent his house?
