Do I have to pay the overdue property fee for changing the property?

If the owner refuses to pay blindly, the property management company may bring a lawsuit to the people's court and request the people's court to enforce it according to law. The property fee you owed before will be paid. The deposit collected before will also be handed in.

Paying property fees is the owner's obligation stipulated in the property contract. We cannot refuse to pay the property fee, nor can we refuse to pay the property fee because of some breach of contract by the property company.
