Is sichuan fine arts institute far from Southern Translation College of Sichuan International Studies University?

I'm sichuan fine arts institute from Huixing Street, Yubei District, Chongqing. There are two campuses, one is the old campus located at No.0/08, Zheng Ping Street, Huangjueping District, and the other is the new campus located in hoseo university City, Shapingba District. Both campuses are a little far from the Southern Translation Institute outside Sichuan, but the old campus should be closer by taxi for more than 40 minutes. The new campus is almost an hour and a half away from here.
