According to relevant regulations, no unit or individual is allowed to dump, pile up or dispose of construction waste and engineering muck without authorization. Construction waste and other wastes arising from construction and demolition shall be piled up separately, and shall not be dumped into the municipal solid waste collection station. The garbage generated from the renovation of residential buildings shall be piled up at the designated place. Dumping, spilling or piling up construction waste at will may impose a fine of 5000 yuan to 50000 yuan on the unit and a fine of less than 200 yuan on the individual.
