Responsible for timely handling and maintenance of equipment failures or hidden dangers, to ensure that all kinds of equipment can be used normally, and to ensure that the system equipment under its jurisdiction is in a good technical state; Do "three no leaks" (no oil leakage, no air leakage and no water leakage) and "five good" (good service performance, good sealing, good lubrication, good fastening and good adjustment). When the faulty equipment cannot be repaired temporarily, the engineering director will inform the customer through customer service in time.

5. Responsible for collecting, sorting and keeping all kinds of engineering drawings and technical data of mechanical and electrical equipment of the property under its jurisdiction.
