How to apply for Chengdu insurance company?

Enterprises applying for insurance need to fill in an application form for insurance. General enterprises apply to the local town government epidemic prevention office for insurance supply. After approval by the epidemic prevention department, they will issue vehicle passes. It takes 5 working days to process the application of the guarantee enterprise. During the epidemic period, the relevant business departments of the Works Bureau will conduct an opening audit of the insurance supply unit within 5 working days, and issue it after passing the audit.

If the application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected on the spot or within 5 days. If the applicant submits all the corrected application materials as required, the registration authority shall accept it. The process is as follows

(1) Enterprises fill in the application for supply guarantee, and general enterprises apply for supply guarantee to the local town government's epidemic prevention office;

(2) After the county epidemic prevention department has passed the examination, vehicle passes will be issued;

(3) The driver's door of the transport vehicle shall be sealed, and closed-loop transport shall be implemented throughout.

Guaranteed supply refers to the most basic guarantee and control of procurement costs, while guaranteed supply enterprises are enterprises, public utilities and food-related enterprises. Guaranteed supply enterprises mainly refer to some enterprises involved in the fields of people's livelihood such as vegetables and daily necessities, and the government has established a corresponding "white list". The list of key suppliers includes three categories: e-commerce enterprises, commercial enterprises and supermarket enterprises.

In accordance with the spirit of the General Office of Sichuan Provincial People's Government's Policies and Measures on Coping with the novel coronavirus Epidemic and Alleviating the Difficulties in the Production and Operation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (document Chuanfu [2020]10) and the Notice of Chengdu Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing 20 Policies and Measures for Effectively Coping with the Epidemic and Stabilizing Economic Operation (document No.3 of Chengdu Municipal Government [2020]), the guidelines for reporting the financial subsidies of key security and supply enterprises in the whole city during the epidemic period determined by the municipal government have been issued.

I. Subsidies for logistics expenses and employee protection expenses

(A) Support object

It has been recognized as a key enterprise in Chengdu to ensure the supply of daily necessities (see Annex 1 for the list), and its registered place and tax payment relationship are in Chengdu.

(ii) Project implementation time

The implementation time of the project is during the epidemic period, and the specific starting and ending time is from the establishment date of novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control headquarters (65438+123 October) to the cancellation date of novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

(iii) Scope of support

1. The following logistics expenses directly incurred by key enterprises to ensure the supply of daily necessities such as grain, edible oil, meat, sugar, salt, vegetables, eggs, dairy products, bottled drinking water, convenience food, sanitary and cleaning products in Chengdu market:

(1) Freight transportation fee;

(2) Storage fee, loading and unloading fee, warehouse rental fee and warehouse property management fee;

(3) transportation rental fee and fuel fee (electricity fee);

(4) Road tolls and parking fees;

(5) Warehouse public facilities;

(6) Personnel expenses for transportation, loading and unloading, handling and packaging.

2. The following employee protection expenses directly incurred by key enterprises to ensure the supply of daily necessities such as grain, edible oil, meat, sugar, salt, vegetables, eggs, dairy products, bottled drinking water, convenience food, sanitary and cleaning products in Chengdu market:

(1) mask purchase fee;

(2) Purchase fee for disinfection supplies;

(3) the purchase cost of human body temperature measuring equipment;

(4) the purchase cost of protective gloves;

(IV) Supporting Standards Each enterprise can only apply for financial subsidies according to one of the following standards.

1. During the project implementation period, enterprises with sales revenue of more than 2 billion yuan (including 2 billion yuan) in Chengdu market and more than 50 retail stores in Chengdu market will be subsidized according to 50% of the actual expenditure of logistics expenses and employee protection expenses, with the total subsidy not exceeding 2 million yuan (including 2 million yuan);

2. During the project implementation period, enterprises with sales revenue of more than 300 million yuan (including 300 million yuan) in Chengdu market and five or more retail stores in Chengdu market will be subsidized according to 50% of the actual expenditure of logistics expenses and employee protection expenses, with the total subsidy not exceeding 65.438+0.2 million yuan (including 65.438+0.2 million yuan);

3. During the implementation of the project, enterprises with sales revenue of more than 654.38 billion yuan (including 654.38 billion yuan) in Chengdu market will be subsidized according to 50% of the actual expenditure of logistics expenses and employee protection expenses, and the total amount of subsidies will not exceed 800,000 yuan (including 800,000 yuan);

4. During the implementation period of the project, enterprises whose sales revenue in Chengdu market is less than 65.438+0 billion yuan will be subsidized according to 50% of the actual expenditure of logistics expenses and employee protection expenses respectively, and the total amount of subsidies will not exceed 500,000 yuan (including 500,000 yuan);

5. The wholesale market of key agricultural products shall be subsidized according to 50% of the actual expenditure of logistics expenses and employee protection expenses, and the total amount of subsidies shall not exceed 2 million yuan (including 2 million yuan).
