Article 114 A civil subject enjoys real rights according to law. Property right is the right that the obligee enjoys direct control and exclusiveness over the specified object according to law, including ownership, usufructuary right and security right.
Article 209 The establishment, alteration, transfer and extinction of the real right of immovable property shall take effect after registration according to law, but it shall not take effect after registration, except as otherwise provided by law. Natural resources owned by the state according to law may not be registered.
Article 240th the owner has the right to possess, use, profit from and dispose of his real estate or chattel according to law.
