Second, the key tasks

(1) Renovation and upgrading of old houses. In view of the non-complete sets of houses and dangerous houses in the built-up area of the jurisdiction, under the premise of protecting the historical culture and urban features, complete sets of transformation will be carried out, functional facilities will be improved, and the living environment will be improved. The renovation of old houses is divided into three ways: protection, renovation and reconstruction. During the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period, we will strive to basically complete the renovation and upgrading of old affordable housing, and comprehensively start the renovation and upgrading of old houses.
