Precautions for using ETC:

You can take the ETC equipment to the bank or the highway for testing, and then reactivate it because the adhesive is loose. 4.ETC card and OBU must be bound to the vehicle. ETC electronic tags have a unique correspondence with registered vehicles. Use a card, a car, a label and a special vehicle. Other people's ETC cards bound by other vehicles are also invalid.
