What information does the owner need to hand over to the property company before handing over the house?

The construction unit shall, under the supervision of the property administrative department, sub-district office and township (town) people's government, hand over the property service place and the following materials to the pre-property service enterprise in accordance with the regulations: (1) completion acceptance data such as the completion general plan, the completion drawings of single buildings, structures and equipment, supporting facilities, the completion drawings of underground pipe network projects, and household acceptance; (2) Technical data such as installation, use and maintenance of facilities and equipment; (three) property quality warranty documents and property use documents; (4) List of owners; (five) other information required for property management. The prophase realty service enterprise shall, when the prophase realty service contract is terminated, hand over the realty service premises and related materials to the owners' committee.
