What is property?

Refers to a single real estate consisting of various buildings that are in use or can be put into use, their ancillary facilities and related sites, and relying on the rights and interests of the entity.

Different sizes of properties can be a complete community, a building or a unit. Property can include various types of buildings, such as houses, commercial buildings, hotels, industrial plants, gas stations, cinemas, gymnasiums, exhibition centers, comprehensive buildings and so on. Property and immovable property owned by individuals, families, enterprises or enterprise groups can be called property.

Property management:

It refers to the activities in which the property management company is hired by the owner, and the owner and the property management company maintain and manage the houses, supporting facilities, equipment and related sites in accordance with the stipulations of the property service contract, so as to maintain the environmental sanitation and order in the relevant areas.
