Second, do not leave home to complete a high-level nine-year compulsory education. Of course, this was cheated by the sales staff of the water side. At first, it was said that the kindergarten was an unnamed experimental kindergarten of Peking University, and the primary school was Li Qingyun Primary School Branch. According to an old lady who bought a house together, she has been a teacher for many years, and Li Qingyun is the best primary school here. The middle school moved to the seventh middle school as a whole. Later, after I checked in, I found that the kindergarten was too expensive. 900 yuan a month is beyond the reach of ordinary families. What happened in Li Qingyun elementary school is pure bullshit. No.7 Middle School does exist, but it is a branch school. The latest news said that the eleventh middle school was renamed.

Third, what we want is the existing house. An apartment with a transparent north and south is very interesting. The house price is a little higher than that of Peace Garden, but it still feels very valuable.

Of course, there are problems with water. The upstairs said that cracks appeared before moving in. I also heard from my neighbors. It is simply intolerable that irresponsible property should be stuck.

However, the cracked houses should be concentrated in 27 buildings, and other buildings have not yet heard the response. Neighbors joked that the foundation of the house sank, and the developer said it was a normal phenomenon and it was solved after the end of the year.

Generally speaking, the environment on the water side is very good, and the house (we have no cracks) is still quite satisfactory.

I also heard that Shuifang is building a plate, and now it only sells the top floor. Good houses will sell at high prices after the completion of No.7 Middle School. What is the specific situation? As an outsider, I don't know.

The house on the top floor must have shortcomings, but this is definitely not a problem in a community near the water. Plus, we bought the middle layer, and we have no experience in this field. But if you want to know, I can ask the neighbors for you, hehe.
