Students who have not gone through the formalities of suspension from school, are absent from school for more than one third, or have been suspended from school for more than a specified period of time and have not resumed school, are deemed to have dropped out of school automatically.

Those who have not obtained the results of the first semester of the first academic year may not drop out of school, but may retain their student status 1 year. Those who fail to go through the formalities of resumption of school after the expiration of their school status will be cancelled and will be treated as automatic withdrawal.
