More than 80,000 words of hospital safety regulations, systems, responsibilities, measures and emergency plans, and participated in the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Emergency Plans for Safety Work, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Grade III General Hospital Evaluation (safety part) and hospital safety work of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau and Municipal Hospital Administration.

I also visited and studied in Chaoyang, Children, Colleagues, Tiantan, Fuxing and Anding 16, which greatly enriched and broadened my horizons and improved my working ability.

(3) Dare to innovate and try boldly.

In the past three years, I have always carried out various work in accordance with the thoughts and intentions of the leaders of the hospital in charge and the chief of the security department. Organized and planned three fire-fighting skills trainings for employees in the whole hospital, four annual safety work meetings, 128 fire emergency drills for departments and key parts, and formulated and implemented the "performance appraisal system for supervision and management" for property units such as security, fire protection and parking lot. After trying, the effect is good. For this reason, our hospital has been rated as an advanced unit of municipal fire protection work for three consecutive years, 1 advanced individual honor of fire protection work.

As a security cadre, I even pay equal attention to responsibility and pressure, but I pay more attention to responsibility, because only by putting myself in the position of the hospital, taking the hospital as my home, working conscientiously and wholeheartedly can I shoulder the responsibility of maintaining the safety of the hospital and ensuring the safety of the lives and property of the employees, and get the greatest happiness, so I am ready.

There are four specific plans:

1. Make every effort to create a more stable and orderly working environment for all medical staff.

In recent years, the relationship between doctors and patients in society has become increasingly tense, and the shadow of "medical trouble" has seriously affected and interfered with the work and physical and mental health of my medical staff. In order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of "medical trouble" to the greatest extent. I plan to work hard on technical defense, civil air defense and joint defense, do enough articles and use enough means. First of all, video surveillance equipment should be further supplemented and improved in technical defense to improve the efficiency of security monitoring; Timely introduce advanced scientific and technological means into consulting rooms, service desks and nurse stations, and improve the level of technical defense support through remote monitoring, audio transmission, emergency linkage and rapid reinforcement. Secondly, in civil air defense, at present, we have set up an 8-person security emergency special care team and equipped it with corresponding security emergency equipment. It is planned that these people will be responsible for armed patrols and payment tasks in crowded places and parking lots in the hospital, so as to quickly form combat effectiveness in an emergency and truly set up an indestructible security barrier for our medical staff; In the joint defense, actively coordinate the departments of public security, fire protection, transportation, comprehensive management and security inspection, and provide legal and policy support through visits, regular joint defense meetings, information exchange, etc., to ensure that there is a coordinated emergency of public security and fire protection in the hospital, and traffic, comprehensive management and security inspection forces are jointly controlled outside the hospital, * * * together with cracking down on black motorcycles, black taxis, black medical troubles, medical care, human traffickers, blind flow, etc.

2. Be brave in exploration and strive to create a unique new business card of hospital "safety culture".

According to the new thinking of the Municipal Hospital Authority on hospital security, and drawing on the experience of Beijing Aviation General Hospital, Sichuan Huaxi Hospital and Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, it is planned to start from the following four points: First, standardize and improve the hospital security management system, responsibilities and measures, and form a feasible, practical, systematic and standardized security management standard to guide the future hospital security work. The second is to establish a set of practical safety management files for all departments, and thoroughly solve the problems of "emphasizing business over safety" and emphasizing economic indicators over infrastructure construction. Third, use posters, wall newspapers, school magazines, electronic screens and other carriers to create a safety education atmosphere; Fourth, through Fetion, OA and other work platforms, we will carry out fire, public security and traffic safety tips 1 activities every day, so that every employee can share the biggest bonus of safety anytime and anywhere.

3. Be a good supporting role.

Find the right coordinates, straighten the position, distinguish the responsibilities, grasp the discretion, do the work without offside, be realistic and rigid, strive to be a good staff officer and assistant of the section chief, actively offer suggestions and suggestions to the section chief, actively cooperate with him, and enhance the overall resultant force.

4. Manage yourself.
