Settlement shall be made according to the field measured grid of Party A and Party B and the actual quantity of the receiver. After settlement, 85% of the settlement amount shall be paid in one lump sum, and the balance shall be paid within two months.

Eight, engineering quality and technical requirements:

This project is constructed and accepted in strict accordance with the current national Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Earthwork Blasting Engineering, Standard for Inspection and Evaluation of Construction Engineering Quality and Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Foundation and Foundation Engineering. At the same time, the contract stipulates that:

1. After the earthwork construction is completed, the error between the acceptance elevation and the design elevation is not greater than 10cm, and the vertical plane is unbiased.

2. Before Party A enters the site for construction, it must submit to Party A 7 days in advance: earthwork allocation and outbound construction plan, safe and civilized construction plan and quality progress guarantee measures.

3. The filled soil in the site must be compacted by layers, and it is best to backfill the earthwork in shale. If the earthwork in shale is left, sand and gravel shall not be backfilled.

4. Within 6m of the outer edge of the building and its foundation, the backfill earthwork must be rolled by layers, and the compactness shall not be less than 90%.

5. As-built data is a single slide.

Nine, safety construction:

Party B shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with relevant national safety construction codes and take strict and effective safety protection measures. During the construction period, Party B shall be responsible for any accidents related to this project.

X. liability for breach of contract:

1. Subcontracting is not allowed for this contract project. If Party A verifies that Party B has subcontracted, Party A has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, and Party B must leave unconditionally within 3 days after receiving the written notice from Party A, and bear 20% of the total project workload as liquidated damages.
