How can I pay the property fee if I don't live in a new house?

Legal analysis: property fees are required for people who do not live in the house. The property fee will be paid from the day of delivery. The payment of the new house property fee is calculated from the date when the owner closes the house, not from the date when the contract is signed.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the Regulations on Property Management, the owner shall pay the property service fee according to the agreement in the property service contract.
