Property collection and decoration management fee

There are no specific regulations on the collection of property decoration management fees and coordination fees in China. The reasonable decoration management fee is as follows: 1. Decoration project management fee is less than 30 thousand yuan, management fee is 3500 yuan; 2. If it is more than 30,000 yuan, it shall be calculated as 10% of the total decoration cost. The economy of each region is different and should be judged according to the specific situation.

Article 31 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Property Management shall stipulate property management matters, service quality, service fees, rights and obligations of both parties, management and use of special maintenance funds, property management premises, contract term and liability for breach of contract.
