First, the scope of appraisal

(1) Social personnel with household registration in Zhuhai (including on-the-job and unemployed persons);

(2) Household registration personnel from other provinces and cities who hold a residence permit in Zhuhai and are within the validity period;

(3) Full-time undergraduate, junior college graduates and graduate students in Zhuhai;

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents or travel permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland or who are valid for five years in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents;

(5) Soldiers and armed police stationed in Guangdong.

The above-mentioned personnel who meet the admission requirements before May 3, 2065438 (the admission time is subject to the admission time on the diploma) and are full-time normal students in preschool normal schools, full-time normal students in colleges and universities and full-time masters (doctors) in education can be directly recognized as teachers corresponding to their majors and study periods. Other personnel applying for teacher qualification must hold the certificate of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education within the validity period, and the "teaching subjects" to be applied for should be consistent with the interview subjects.

Second, the identification conditions

The applicant shall meet the qualifications stipulated in the Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications, and has not reached the national statutory retirement age.

4. To apply for the qualification of a senior middle school teacher, you must have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university or other university.

5. To apply for the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools (including the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools, technical schools, vocational high schools for cultural courses and professional courses), you must have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities.

6. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools (including the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, technical schools and vocational high schools), you must have a secondary vocational school graduation or above, and at the same time, you should have a junior and above professional technical position or a technical grade certificate for intermediate and above workers.

(3) Physical condition

Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, and can meet the needs of education and teaching. After the online application is completed, the applicant shall bring the following materials for on-site audit within the specified time:

2. Applicants holding academic degree certificates of institutions of higher learning in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must provide the original academic degree certificates of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Only the certificate of this academic degree certification is considered valid; Applicants who hold academic degree certificates of foreign institutions of higher learning are required to provide the original foreign academic degree certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Only this certificate of academic degree certification is valid.

(3) Putonghua certificate

If the applicant's Putonghua proficiency test information has been verified at the time of registration in "China Teacher Qualification Network", it is unnecessary to provide the original Putonghua certificate. (4) A medical certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level designated by an authorized institution in Zhuhai.

Those who apply for the qualifications of internship instructors in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools shall go to Zhuhai People's Hospital for physical examination after online registration; The physical examination of those who apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers' qualifications shall be designated by the district accreditation bodies.

(5) No proof of criminal record.

1. Mainland applicants do not need to submit personal proof of no criminal record. The applicant's proof of no criminal record shall be verified by the teacher qualification accreditation institution to the relevant departments.

2. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers need to provide proof of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. The Letter of Proof of No Criminal Record (Annexes 2 and 3) required by the applicants of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region shall be filled in by the applicants and submitted to the on-site confirmation point. After the provincial organization fills in the seal, it informs the applicant to collect it from the confirmation organization, and then the applicant applies for a certificate of no criminal record with the letter to the police department in Hong Kong or Macao. After verification, the Hong Kong and Macao Police Department will feedback the verification results to the provincial organization that issued the letter, and the provincial organization will notify the relevant education bureau as the confirmation basis. The applicant's certificate of no crime in Taiwan Province Province shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Taiwan Province Province, and the certificate of no crime issued shall be directly handed over to the accreditation institution applying for accreditation.

(six) recent bareheaded 1 inch color white background photos.

Special note: recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos with a white background (upload format is JPG/JPEG, not exceeding 200K) are uniformly used for photos uploaded by the information system and photos pasted by teachers' qualification certificate holders.

(seven) to apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, in addition to providing the above information, it is also necessary to provide the original professional and technical post certificate or the worker's technical grade certificate.

According to the new Notice (J.Z.Zi. [2065438+09] No.5) issued by the Guidance Center for Teacher Qualification Accreditation of the Ministry of Education, after the accreditation is passed, the accreditation institution will generate and download the Application Form for Teacher Qualification Accreditation and print it on A4 paper in duplicate, one of which will be stamped with the official seal of the accreditation institution and stored in the applicant's personnel file, and the other will be archived by the accreditation institution.

Five, to receive a teacher qualification certificate

After completing the on-site audit, each accreditation body will make a conclusion according to the audit situation and make a teacher qualification certificate for the applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. The applicant shall, with his/her ID card, go to the institution that accepts the accreditation to receive the teacher qualification certificate and the application form for teacher qualification accreditation (the application form for teacher qualification accreditation shall be submitted by the applicant to the administrative department where my personnel file is located, and shall be included in my personnel file at your own risk).

After graduation, fresh graduates will receive the teacher qualification certificate and teacher qualification application form from the accreditation body with their ID cards and academic certificates.

Six, other matters needing attention

(a) the applicant shall personally make online registration and on-site audit confirmation, and be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the personal information and on-site audit materials provided. No school or any institution is allowed to register for the exam. (3) The photos uploaded by applicants during online registration should be consistent with those submitted during physical examination and on-site audit, and meet the requirements.
