At present, in order to reduce the current social security payment pressure of flexible employees, the unpaid monthly pension insurance premiums of this group in 2022 can be postponed, and the relevant deferred payment policies stipulate that:

Flexible employees who voluntarily postpone the unpaid monthly payment do not need to apply, and can stop paying according to different payment channels.

The unpaid monthly payment in 2022 can be paid before the end of 2023, and the payment base can be selected independently within the upper and lower limits of the personal payment base in 2023, and the payment period is calculated cumulatively. The specific payment method will be notified separately.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau interprets this. If the insured flexible employees fail to pay this year's endowment insurance in time, they don't need to pay it back for the time being, and they will make it up before the end of next year! However, when you make up next year, you should pay according to the new base and grade.

There is another provision in the relevant holdover policy:

Flexible employees can voluntarily choose to pay the deferred basic old-age insurance premium before handling the above-mentioned related businesses in the case of receiving basic pension, handling inter-provincial transfer and succession, and death liquidation.

Payment application after the above business is completed will not be accepted.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau explained that for flexible employees who have been deferred, the above business can be paid before February 65438+2023; After 2024 1 or after business processing, payment cannot be made again.
