Conditions for property managers to apply for the exam

The property manager must have at least 1 year working experience in this position and have obtained formal property management training experience before; If you are in your own job, you can work continuously for more than 2 years. You can apply for a diploma directly if you have a college degree.

This certificate is divided into three levels: property enterprise manager, property department manager and property administrator. The seal of the certificate is the official seal of the personnel and education department of the Ministry of Construction and the residential real estate department.
