Can't the property patrol building take the elevator?

In the property inspection, you can't take the elevator below 15. As of March 2, 2023, Kloc-0, according to relevant public information, property patrol personnel patrolled the building according to the patrol road map. When patrolling the building, the building below 15 floor is not allowed to take the elevator up and down, and go upstairs from one unit to another.
