Evidence materials for suing property fees

Legal analysis: 1. When a party brings a civil lawsuit to our hospital, it shall submit a complaint, plaintiff's qualification certificate, prosecution evidence and other materials. Where an agent brings a civil lawsuit on behalf of the plaintiff, it shall also submit the qualification certificate of the agent.

2. The parties shall submit the original indictment signed or sealed by themselves, submit copies according to the number of the other parties, and fill in the confirmation of the service address of the parties.

3. The complaint shall contain the following items:

(1) Name, gender, age, nationality, occupation, work unit and domicile, communication method, name and domicile of legal person or other organization, name, position and communication method of legal representative or principal responsible person (hereinafter referred to as basic information of the parties).

(2) the request and the facts and reasons on which it is based;

(3) Evidence and its sources, names and residences of witnesses.

Legal basis: Article 58 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * * The parties and their legal representatives may entrust one or two persons as agents ad litem. The following persons may be entrusted as agents ad litem:

(1) Lawyers and grassroots legal service workers;

(2) Close relatives or staff members of the parties concerned;

(three) citizens recommended by the community, units and relevant social groups where the parties are located.
