What materials do I need to apply for real estate license?

Article 16 of the Provisional Regulations on the Registration of Real Estate: An applicant shall submit the following materials and be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials:

1, application for registration;

2, the applicant and agent identification materials, power of attorney;

3. Relevant certification materials of real estate ownership sources, certification documents of registration reasons and real estate ownership certificates;

4, real estate boundaries, space boundaries, area and other materials;

5. explanation of the interests of others;

6. Other materials as prescribed by laws, administrative regulations and the detailed rules for the implementation of these Regulations. The real estate registration institution shall publicly apply for registration in the office and portal website, including the material catalogue and model text.
