I plan to buy a second-hand house recently. What about friends in Tai 'an and Songyuan communities east of Tai 'an Affiliated Hospital? Is there much room for appreciation? Please help me analyze it

This community has a bright future. House prices are not expected to fall, don't ask whether it is rising or falling. No one can give you an accurate answer. Taian plans two axes and one line. Songyuan is within that line. If it is real estate speculation. Then don't take any chances. If you have it, you'd better buy it quickly. The house price is anybody's guess. If you live by yourself, the loss will not be too great.
