First, the recommended entrepreneurial team must meet the following conditions at the same time

(1) An entrepreneurial enterprise or entrepreneurial team (hereinafter referred to as the "entrepreneurial team") established by full-time college students and graduates of classes 20 17 and 20 18 (including vocational college students, undergraduates and postgraduates, excluding orientation students and entrusted students) in industrial and commercial registration as legal persons or project leaders.

(2) Entrepreneurial projects should conform to the functional orientation and industrial guidance policies of Beijing as a political center, a cultural center, a scientific and technological innovation center and an international exchange center.

(3) Entrepreneurial projects are innovative and have good market prospects.

(D) Entrepreneurial projects have a typical demonstration role for college students' entrepreneurship, especially for their innovation and entrepreneurship.

(5) The registered address and business address of the entrepreneurial team are within the jurisdiction of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

(6) The entrepreneurial team promises to abide by the relevant management regulations of the park.

Second, the admission procedure

Third, the relevant instructions for entering the park

(1) There are many teams in the Science Park, and only open office stations are provided at present. Software parks are all open office stations but can be used in industrial and commercial registration, and Liangxiang Park has both open office stations and independent office space and can be used in industrial and commercial registration.

(2) The distribution method is allocated by each park according to the team review score, the number of teams, whether the industrial and commercial registration has been completed and other factors.

(3) The incubation period of this batch of entrepreneurial teams in the park is until August 2020. Those who participate in the excellent team selection of the Municipal Education Commission in 2020 and win the "Excellent Team" award can be postponed for one year.

(3) The entrepreneurial team shall pay an appropriate amount of deposit according to the requirements of each park and return it when going through the formalities of leaving the park.

(4) For the entrepreneurial team that violates the management regulations of the park and occupies the station but the utilization rate is not high, the park will cancel the incubation of the team in the park according to the management regulations.

(5) This application does not limit the number of recommended teams in colleges and universities.

Fourth, the job requirements

(1) Colleges and universities should attach great importance to recommending college students' entrepreneurial teams to enter the park, strengthen publicity, and let qualified college students' entrepreneurial teams understand the policies.
